The hotel is connected directly to Tanglin Mall. This provides easy access to restaurants, cafes, and shops. Botanic gardens are within walking distance. I also found the access to mrt and buses very convenient via covered walkways. The staff impressed me with their friendliness and helpfulness. They consistently greeted me and offered assistance. I received helpful suggestions and efficient service from them. This contributed to a very seamless and pleasant experience. The pool area provided a relaxing escape. I observed it was surrounded by greenery and had a tropical atmosphere. Birdlife was abundant. It was a very welcome oasis in the city. The room was well-appointed and comfortable. I particularly appreciated the bathroom products provided. I found the room to be clean and well-kept. It met all my needs for a comfortable stay.
The check-in process took a bit longer than expected.

the location is advantageous near a shopping center. it is also quite close to the metro station. i found the staff to be helpful and friendly throughout my stay. the breakfast offered a great selection catering to various tastes.
housekeeping service was inconsistent one day my room was not cleaned until late afternoon. this delay was inconvenient as i wanted to rest after being out.

the room had a comfortable bed a tv and a small refrigerator. daily cleaning ensured it remained in excellent condition and the space was certainly adequate. i found the room to be very quiet.

breakfast included western chinese and indian options. the quality of food was good. the variety changed slightly each day allowing for some novelty even over several breakfasts i appreciate this detail.
